Anthony Brunelli Fine Arts is pleased to present 31 Faces a group show of contemporary portraiture exclusively on Artsy. As far back as the Egyptians, portraits served to commemorate a visage for future generations. In the age of the digital image and mass media the purpose of a portrait has evolved to communicate an interest in the human condition that extends beyond an accurate representation of form. 31 Faces considers contemporary portraiture by eighteen artists in media spanning painting, drawing, photography, and sculpture. Each portrait tells a unique and exquisite story.
